Total Body Resistance Training

Our workouts are designed to sculpt and strengthen the entire body (upper, lower, and core) with resistance training using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, cables, and other equipment. Membership includes 3 workouts per week. 50 minutes.
MWF 5:30am, 9am, 5pm, 6pm (no 6pm Fri)
Tu/Th 5pm, 6pm
Sat 8am, 9am
