Total Body Sculpt
Designed to sculpt and strengthen the entire body (upper, lower, and core) with resistance training using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, cables, and other equipment. Please bring a mat. Session is 50 minutes. Please arrive 5 minutes early.
Floor Barre
This workout is entirely on the floor focused primarily on core, glutes, and light arms. We do not use the actual barre for this class, but we do use a variety of other equipment. Please bring a mat. Session is 50 minutes. Please arrive 5 minutes early.
