Multi-Level: Beginner to Advanced

Total Body Sculpt

Designed to sculpt and strengthen the entire body (upper, lower, and core) with resistance training using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, cables, and other equipment. Membership includes 3 workouts per week. 50 minutes.
MWF 5:30am, 9am, 5pm, 6pm (no 6pm Fri)
Tu/Th 5pm, 6pm
Sat 8am, 9am

Floor Barre

This workout is entirely on the floor focused primarily on core, glutes, and light arms. We do not use the actual barre for this class, but we do use a variety of other equipment. Bonus workout with membership. 50 minutes.
Saturdays at 10:00am
