We ask that all Large Group cancellations occur prior to 12 hours before class begins. If you are not sure if you will be able to attend, sign ups will be open until the class begins so you may reserve a spot when you know if you are available.
In the case of emergency, please email email@example.com (not the instructor) that you cannot attend. Please use this email address instead of contacting the instructor of the class. With any other late cancel or no show, charges will apply:
Monthly Members: upon no show or cancellation within 12 hours before class, a $10 no show fee will be charged to the member’s credit/debit card on file.
Single Class: upon no show or cancellation within 12 hours before class, the single class will be forfeited.
Wait List Members: If you are on the wait list and can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the list. Policies above will apply to no shows or late cancels if you have been added to the class from the wait list then cancel. If a spot has opened and you have been added to the class, you will receive an email.
It is studio policy that there must be a minimum of 4 participants signed up (at least 6 hours prior to start time for evening and 12 hours for morning) to run the session. If less than 4 participants are signed up, the session will be canceled.
Sessions may be canceled due to inclement weather. We try our best to decide as far in advance as possible. Please check all of our social media pages for updates.
If a session is canceled that you are signed up for, you will receive an email notifying you of the cancelation. It will also appear on the app list in red as “canceled.” Members will not be charged.
