$30 for 30 min session
We will meet via FaceTime, Zoom, or Facebook to go through a short warm up, personalized timed workout, and short cool down. The written workout will be sent to you after the session. Workout will include whatever equipment you have at home, or no equipment at all. I will demonstrate exercises as necessary, and then watch you perform the exercises to confirm that your form is safe and effective. No extra charge for additional people doing the workout with you!

In-Person Individual/Couples Training Sessions
If you are brand new to exercise, coming back after a long period of time off, or have specific medical conditions, we find it most beneficial to meet once per week. This keeps you accountable, it keeps you motivated, and it allows us to make sure you are doing everything correctly and make changes as needed. Each training session lasts 50 minutes. If your goal is weight loss, you may keep a food journal on myfitnesspal.com. We will go over some tips on healthful eating and help review this journal with you while working toward your goal.
You: Facial covering is mandatory. Please wash your hands in our restroom before your appointment and take your temperature at home before you arrive. If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, please contact me immediately to cancel your appointment (no penalty).
Me: I will be wearing a facial covering and gloves, washing my hands between clients, and taking my temperature daily. If I am experiencing any symptoms of illness, I will contact you immediately and cancel your appointment. Equipment will be disinfected between each client.
