Individual Training

If you’ve been having difficulty getting motivated to do your workouts at home, this is a great option for you! Suitable for all fitness levels!

$30 for 30 min session

We will meet via FaceTime, Zoom, or Facebook to go through a short warm up, personalized timed workout, and short cool down. The written workout will be sent to you after the session. Workout will include whatever equipment you have at home, or no equipment at all. I will demonstrate exercises as necessary, and then watch you perform the exercises to confirm that your form is safe and effective. No extra charge for additional people doing the workout with you!

In-Person Individual/Couples Training Sessions

If you are brand new to exercise, coming back after a long period of time off, or have specific medical conditions, we find it most beneficial to meet once per week. This keeps you accountable, it keeps you motivated, and it allows us to make sure you are doing everything correctly and make changes as needed. Each training session lasts 50 minutes. If your goal is weight loss, you may keep a food journal on We will go over some tips on healthful eating and help review this journal with you while working toward your goal.

Cost: $390 for 6 sessions
Meeting once per week for 6 consecutive weeks
