Large Group Training
Total Body Resistance Training designed to sculpt and strengthen the upper body, lower body, and core.
Weekly Schedule
Our workouts use dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, cables, and other equipment. Membership includes 3 workouts per week. Each workout is 50 minutes.
MWF: 5:30am, 9am, 5pm, 6pm (no 6pm Friday)
Tu/Th: 5pm, 6pm
Saturday: 8am, 9am
