CHALLENGE

Indoor Cycling

High energy stationary bike workouts that enhance cardiovascular endurance. Participants select personal intensity levels during the workout through body position and bike tension. Suitable for ALL fitness levels. Session is 50 minutes. You can wear Cycling shoes or regular sneakers. Please bring a change of shoes and arrive 10 minutes early.

Basic Barre

Combines ballet and Pilates as a whole body workout to promote strength in functional movement and flexibility. Participants use a ballet barre with various other equipment. Suitable for ALL fitness levels. Session is performed barefoot or in grip socks. Please bring a mat. Session is 50 minutes. Please arrive 5 minutes early.

Floor Barre

Work your entire body laying/sitting on your mat! Synchronized to an 8-count barre beat, using a combination of barre and Pilates moves to build strength and shape your body. We do not use the actual barre for this class, but we do use a variety of other equipment. Suitable for ALL fitness levels. Please bring a mat. Session is performed barefoot or in socks. Session is 50 minutes. Please arrive 5 minutes early.

Total Body Sculpt

Designed to sculpt and strengthen the entire body (upper, lower, and core) with resistance training using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, cables, and other equipment. Suitable for all levels that have previous exercise experience. Please bring a mat and wear sneakers. Session is 50 minutes. Please arrive 5 minutes early.

Yoga: Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow yoga is a style in which you move from one pose directly into the next with the flow of breath. Specific poses and the pace of the flow vary from one instructor to the next. Session is 50 minutes and performed barefoot. Please bring a mat and arrive 5 minutes early.

Aerial Fitness

Sequences of inversions and aerial postures to improve strength and challenge flexibility using an aerial hammock. Suitable for ALL fitness levels. Weight limit: 300lbs. Age limit: 15. Session is performed barefoot. Please bring a mat and remove all jewelry. Session is 50 minutes. Please arrive 10 minutes early. Contraindications to Inverting: Detached retina, Glaucoma, untreated high or low blood pressure, menstruation, pregnancy, heart problems, Botox injections within the last 24 hours, Sinusitis, Vertigo
