Individual Training Sessions
If you are brand new to exercise, coming back after a long period of time off, or have specific medical conditions, meeting individually might work best to get you started. This keeps you accountable, motivated, and it allows us to make sure you are doing everything correctly and make changes as needed. Individual training can be continued until your goal has been reached or can be transferred into a group training membership.
- Meet with Ashley for an individually programmed workout (50 minutes)
- Nutrition coaching as needed
- InBody Scan to track progress (optional)
