Cancellation Policy
We ask that all Large Group cancellations occur prior to 12 hours before class begins. If you are not sure if you will be able to attend, sign ups will be open until the workout begins so you may reserve a spot when you know if you are available.
In the case of emergency, please first cancel your reservation on the app, then contact Ashley via MyAccountability app or email ashley@activelifestylefitness.com. Please do not contact the instructor with your cancellation. With any other late cancel or no show, charges will apply.
Monthly Members: upon no show or cancellation within 12 hours before the workout, a $10 no show fee will be charged to the member’s credit/debit card on file.
Wait List Members: If you are on the wait list and can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the list. Policies above will apply to no shows or late cancels if you have been added to the workout from the wait list and then cancel.
Studio Cancellations
There must be a minimum of 2 participants signed up to run the workout. Workouts may be canceled due to inclement weather. If a workout is canceled that you are signed up for, you will receive an email notifying you of the cancellation. Members will not be charged.
