Get your fitness journey started on the right foot with a 6 Week Transformation Challenge where we teach you the ins and outs of nutrition and exercise to dramatically transform your health and fitness! If you are a highly motivated individual, let's get started to see what you can accomplish.

 

THE PROGRAM

Total Body Workouts
  • Participate in 3 full body workouts per week with variety to keep you engaged and progressive strength to change your body

Available times:
Mondays at 5:30am, 9am, 5pm, or 6pm
Tuesdays at 5pm or 6pm
Wednesdays at 5:30am, 9am, 5pm, or 6pm
Thursdays at 5pm or 6pm
Fridays at 5:30am, 9am or 5pm
Saturdays at 8am or 9am

  • Learn how to exercise with proper form for your safety
  • Get education on how to modify or scale exercises if you have challenges along the way
Easy-to-Follow Nutrition Guidelines
  • Receive guidelines on how to find balance with food to reach your goals
  • Learn appropriate practices when eating at home or eating at a restaurant
  • Get education on macronutrients and how they affect your body
Coaching and Accountability
  • Receive three 1-1 check ins with Ashley for an InBody Scan, progress photos, and review of your program
  • Learn how to reach your goals and make your results sustainable
  • Get education on navigating challenges that life throws your way without falling off track
Private Community
  • Receive access to a private Facebook group with other women just like you
  • Learn from other women's experiences and make friends along the way
  • Get education from shared articles, recipes, and more!
Customized App
  • Receive motivational messages and task lists to keep you on track
  • Communicate with Ashley whenever you need help your guidance in your journey
  • Track your workouts and other activity if desired
