"I gained 53lbs during my first pregnancy and 55lbs during the second, and my children are 15 months apart. It was hard for me not to dwell on the fact that for the first time in my life, I had A LOT of weight to lose. I have always been physically active; I run regularly and eat a pretty clean diet. After my first baby, I eased back into my fitness regimen and after 7 months I was happy to have lost all 53lbs.
