Group Personal Training

Create your own group of 3-6 friends and workout in a private setting with a trainer focusing on whole body strength training. We will create one program for your group that allows for modifications as needed, though it is preferred that group members be of similar fitness levels. Individuals brand new to exercise or with medical complications (knee/back problems, etc) should do Individual Training prior to joining a group. Each training session lasts 50 minutes.

When: Email us with the availability of your group and we will arrange a time!
Cost: $150 per person for 6 sessions, meeting at least 1x per week

Q: How many people do I need to form a group?
A: Minimum of 3, maximum of 6

Q: Can we have only 2 people in a group?
A: We need a minimum of 3 for a group, but 2 people can split the cost of Individual Training!

Q: What if we are not all the same fitness level?
A: We can provide modifications as needed, but if an individual needs special attention, it is preferred that they do Individual Training prior to joining a group. We can certainly provide greater challenges to more advanced members as well!

Q: What if one group member can’t make it to all of the classes?
A: We can either record the training session for that person to do on their own or they can come to one of our Group Classes to make up for the session they missed! Otherwise, there are no refunds or credits for group sessions missed.
