With a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and over 20 years of experience, she has seen firsthand that most women don’t fail because they lack discipline they are trying to follow plans that don’t fit their lives. Her work focuses on helping women navigate the complications of busy lives and schedules without starting over every week.
