If you prefer a small group setting, Small Group Personal Training is for you! You are encouraged to work at your own pace as you build strength and lose inches!
Small Group is ideal for individuals new to exercise to build a foundation before moving on to Large Group Classes (though not required). The small group format allows us to customize the workout and provide modifications for each individuals’ needs. Each training session lasts 50 minutes and includes 4-8 participants.
Cost: $80/mo for once per week training

Q: What if I want to continue beyond one month?
A: When you sign up, you will be enrolled in monthly billing. You can opt out at any time with 10 days notice. With less than 10 days notice before your billing date, you will be billed for the following month and the payments will be terminated after that. This means you can keep your spot for as long as you want it!
Q: What if I can’t make it to all the classes in a month?
A: We offer various days and times during the week and weekends to do make up sessions. Please ask your trainer what days are available. Make ups must be completed within 2 calendar months or they will be forfeited.
