Take your lifting to the next level safely and with a qualified trainer! Learn the proper form for back squat, deadlift, push press, and bench press and scale your workouts to build strength! Members new to power lifting will learn proper form and build slowly. Members with lifting experience will receive guidance on proper form and safety as they increase weight each week! Group is limited to 6 people to ensure safety and focus.

Open Groups (start 6/3/17):

Once per week:
Wednesdays at 7:00pm

Two times per week:
Any combination of 1x week groups; email us

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

Q: What if I want to continue beyond one month?
A: When you sign up, you will be enrolled in monthly billing. You can opt out at any time with 10 days notice. With less than 10 days notice before your billing date, you will be billed for the following month and the payments will be terminated after that. This means you can keep your spot for as long as you want it!

Q: What if I can’t make it to all the classes in a month?
A: You are welcome to come to any other available training to make up a class that you missed.

Q: Can I get a referral discount if one of my friends signs up?
A: Yes, you will receive a $20 credit when payment is received from one of your friends. Please make sure to email us and let us know who your friend is, so we know to apply the credit to your account!
