“When I started at the gym, I felt motivated but I didn’t know if was going to be able to stick with it. I thought I might get bored and lose interest. With Madeline’s help I was able to stick with it and lose 30lbs so far. The best part is her workouts offer variety. Each week I get an updated workout which keeps me from getting bored with the same old thing. Without Madeline, I would just be going to the gym for a cardio session and then going home.
