If you are brand new to exercise, coming back after a long period of time off, or have specific medical conditions, we find it most beneficial to meet once per week. This keeps you accountable, it keeps you motivated, and it allows us to make sure you are doing everything correctly and make changes as needed. Each training session lasts 50 minutes. If your goal is weight loss, you can expect to keep a food journal on myfitnesspal.com. We will go over some tips on healthful eating and we will review this journal with you while working toward your goal.
