Free Consultations

Before you make a commitment to individual or couples training, let’s meet and discuss your goals. Every person is different and one approach does not apply to all. We like to take this time to figure out the right path for you. This also a good opportunity for you to get to know your trainer and discuss any of your thoughts or concerns.

Private Sessions

PersonalTraining_1If you are brand new to exercise, coming back after a long period of time off, or working on a specific goal, we find it most beneficial to meet at least once per week. This keeps you accountable, it keeps you motivated, and it allows us to make sure you are doing everything correctly and make changes as needed. Our weight loss and body composition change clients have the most success with this set-up.

If your goal is weight loss, you can expect to keep a food journal on myfitnesspal.com. We will go over some tips on healthful eating and we will review this journal with you once per week until you have reached your goal.
