Q: What is available for days/times, and when can I join a Small Group?
A: Please email us to find out what groups are available or to schedule a consultation. Spots become available as members move out of the groups. Small Groups run continuously, so you can join whenever a spot is open that works with your schedule!

Q: How do I pay for Small Group?
A: After you confirm a spot with us, click here to create an account. Then click the online store tab, and select contracts from the top line. In the drop down menu, select the appropriate Small Group contract, and follow the steps. Your credit/debit card will be automatically billed on the first day of your training and on that date each month until you opt to discontinue (ex: if you start on the 20th, you will be billed on the 20th of each month).

Q: Will I be stuck in a long-term contract?
A: No, it’s a month-to-month contract, meaning you can opt out at any time with 10 days notice. With less than 10 days notice before your billing date, you will be billed for the following month and the payments will be terminated after that.

Q: Do I have to sign up for the classes?
A: No, you will have your spot reserved in the group you select for as long as you want it! You will only have to sign up for your make up classes if you need them, which are listed on the Large Group Class schedule.

Q: Can I get a referral discount if one of my friends signs up?
A: Yes, you will receive a $20 credit when payment is received from one of your friends. Please make sure to email us and let us know who your friend is, so we know to apply the credit to your account!
